Building-services engineering for a major mixed-use development in the heart of Cardiff.
The Interchange brings homes, offices and transport together at Central Square in Cardiff. The published project account describes 318 build-to-rent apartments, office accommodation and a 14-bay bus interchange, alongside public-realm improvements.
McCann and Partners is named among the project team by Constructing Excellence. The development was a regional Building Project of the Year winner in Wales in 2024.
