Y Ffwrnes Theatre forms part of the Eastgate cultural quarter in Llanelli. The Welsh local-authority property group CLAW records the project as a new-build theatre, with practical completion on 8 January 2013.
A collaborative project team.
The published project record names McCann and Partners as mechanical and electrical engineer. The team also included Lawray Architects, structural engineer Nicholson Jones, quantity surveyor Franklin Andrews and main contractor TRJ Ltd.
Town-centre regeneration.
CLAW records a contract value of £10,158,956 and a Town Centre Regeneration Joint Commendation Award in 2014.
